You will need: 1 scoop (20g) of GoldSquare, a South Indian steel filter, 100ml boiling water, hot milk and sugar to taste.
1. Add one 20g scoop to the upper chamber. Level it gently, no hard tamping.
2. Pour 100ml boiling water in slow circles. Close the lid.
3. Wait 10 to 15 minutes for the decoction to collect. Deep mahogany means ready.
4. Mix 20ml decoction with 80ml hot milk. Pour between tumblers from a height for that traditional froth.
Every pack ships coarse ground and filter ready - the correct grind for a traditional steel filter, and what lets the water draw through the bed evenly instead of choking it.
Nitrogen-flushed packs hold peak freshness for 1 year unopened. Once opened, use within 3 to 4 weeks. Store airtight, away from light and heat.
Shipping is free on every order within India. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days. Orders before 12pm IST dispatch same day, always within 48 hours of roasting.
Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days. Damaged or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded immediately.
